Joe quickly responded to my inquiry (even though it was the holiday season), then came out the next day to inspect and make recommendations. He also gave me options so I could do my own research, then helped me out with the solutions. Very knowledgeable and communicative. Hopefully I won’t need him again!

It’s been about 2 months since our first service and we’ve already seen a significant improvement this year in our spider and big population both on our patio and in our house. Joe is very professional and is no BS approach. No contracts, no pushy sales. Just effective and flexible work. Customer service is an A+ and Joe is transparent about all products used, providing links to each within his invoice.

Joe was responsive same day and took care of the wasp nest in our yard. While he was here, he found another active nest and removed that as well. He explained what he did, and offered really great service at a fair price.

Very quick response after I reached out on Google. Had availability that worked with my schedule and did an excellent job removing some wasp hives and getting the recurring ants in the house to finally stop. Definitely ordering again!

Joe, the owner of Synergy, was able to get our house the day after I called about a wasp nest problem. He was prompt, clear about pricing (which was well below a competitor's price), and told me the various ways he would treat the problem depending on the type and size of nest he found (because it was hidden from our sight). He was personable and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely use Joe again and recommend him to others.
